Independent Financial Advice
When you are ready to buy your home through the FirstBuy scheme, you will be requested to obtain independent financial advice through one of the many financial advisors who have advance knowhow of equity loans. The financial advisor will give you advice on what is affordable and manageable for you. They will also advise you on the various equity loan mortgage products that are currently on the market.
You will need to provide your proof of income and other any other documents financial advisor requests. Your Homebuy agent or house builder will have a panel of Independent Financial Advisors who you will be able to contact or you can search the internet.
